I think they only took it down to force their statutory guidance through.
helenm40.bsky.social
Haha, think we posted across each other then, I just asked if you'd seen the clip!
helenm40.bsky.social
Huh, I've been using a pretty strict block list, so I haven't noticed. But will take your word for it!
helenm40.bsky.social
It's rather odd! Even the Goodwin guy clarified that it's ok to call a Nazi a Nazi.

Did you see the clip of Carole Malone attacking Polanski? She freaked out at him accurately describing a foreign political party as being neo-Nazis and said "do you even know what that word means!"

He's Jewish.

The EHRC and their transphobic handlers Sex Matters are clearly worried that MPs will demand full and public scrutiny of their anti-trans+ guidance - as an ever increasing number of MPs are demanding

The window to push it through is dwindling and they know it

Keep up the pressure folks ✊🏼

Calling the EHRC an 'Equalities watchdog' is factually inaccurate.

it's kinda telling that the only 'equalities' group pushing for segregation is the ehrc. every other group and institution is telling @bphillipsonmp.bsky.social that it's a massive mistake that will overshadow anything else she does while in government.

she's gonna listen to the ehrc of course.

The EHRC has written to the Minister for Women and Equalities, demanding that she rushes through their dreadful draft Code of Practice.

This is a bizarre intervention from a supposedly impartial public body.

You didn't "analyze" shit. You fed them into an AI.

It's like every education setting has been taken over by the type of parent who enjoys being horrible to their child until they get an understandable reaction, then punishes the kid and calls them a snowflake.

Not once have I seen an explanation for why teenagers must hear things that upset them in virtue of the unspecified speech-acts being upsetting, nor have I ever seen an explanation for why teenagers will be forbidden to express displeasure with upsetting things.
William Hague: Why I’ll banish ‘safe spaces’ at Oxford
The new chancellor tells Cheltenham Literature Festival that there will be no ‘cancel culture’ and students should expect to hear things that upset them
October 14 2025, The Times
The new chancellor of Oxford University has said there will be no safe spaces for students and warned would-be undergraduates that they will “hear things that will upset and offend them”.

Phillipson is scared being transphobic will harm her deputy leadership bid and hasn’t actioned this…

…and the EHRC have been publicly called out by the Council of Europe because the position puts human rights at risk…

…so someone is getting desperate.

🚨This is an emergency🚨

“One Phillipson supporter said there was a full engagement process that needed to be carried out and ministers were still awaiting the EHRC’s equality impact assessment.”

Wait, what? So both sides are dodging responsibility for actually doing the EIA?

The current EHRC leadership hates trans people and, to that end, is quite prepared to let violent misogyny prosper.

Yes, we know. I've written to my MP asking her to oppose it.

The European Commissioner for human rights has condemned it.

Your chair's personal prejudices are endangering innocent people and bringing the EHRC into disrepute.

The transphobes always tell us that their individual bigoted and hateful transphobic opinions represent the views of "all women".

This is one of the key dishonesties of anti-trans campaigning.

This is a very important legal case, whereby the enforcement of equal human rights for trans ppl, ruled by the European Court of Human Rights, is actually carried out by the British govt. Having not done so, as legally required, brings the British state into disrepute, & undermines human rights.
