The armored vehicle is a "Bearcat." Manufacturer says its "armored rescue vehicles" transport police tactical unit officers to and from hostile situations. (Think war zones.) Ridiculous in Lower Manhattan with people merely yelling at them.

Unless you go to a Nazi tattoo parlor, you actually have to bring a reference picture for the tattooist to use. This was not an innocent mistake. He purposefully got that tattoo and he has had that tattoo for decades without a second thought. Otherwise it would have been covered or lasered off.
