Yessssss. That too. Montreal threw everything at him. It was nuts

The greatest #VANvsMTL game I ever saw was a pre-94 playoff Canucks team go into Montreal, take hardly any penalties, and win 3-0 in the old Forum. Such a good hockey game that even Montreal fans clapped in appreciation. It was wild. (I hope I’m not wrong, it was great hockey)
Nah. We never win in Montreal. Even when they suck and we are good.
Why waste your number 1 goalie on them. Go for a win with Lank tomorrow against a team sucking almost as bad as us.

Wanda Sykes thanks Ricky Gervais for not being there because it means she can accept the award on his behalf... and he's gonna thank God and the trans community (he won, she did) #GoldenGlobes

Haha yeah, I’ve known Don (and Dale) of Safe since 2005, and done a bunch of talks/presentations in the last few years. Gone are the days of a little company in a corner business park 😂 (but the customer support is still excellent)

The paragraph just before this one goes particularly hard: “Vance knows. He doesn't care. Vance’s twisted and wrongheaded view of Christianity has been repudiated by two popes. His Catholicism seems to be little more than a political prop, a tool only for his career ambitions and desire for power.”

Just had a listen, cal is a regular listen for me. It was good, and nice here some polite disagreement (nuance?) on this topic.

Loved going on Cam Newport's show for an episode called "Was 2025 A Good Or Bad Year for AI?" and man, is that a complex question. One of my favourite interviews.

People who unironically believe a former prosecutor who specializes in helping child victims & sex crime victims was a “lesser evil” against an adjudicated rapist.

Men who refuse to see how abortion rights is an issue that affects them.

Bitches who call themselves men but like “manosphere” incels.

🤷

I’ve not seen Rebels or Clone Wars, but liked Ahsoka. It was good! But I think I ended up reading up on the characters afterwards…

Yeah definitely. Lots of opportunities in the pantheon of Star Wars to develop characters and stories…

Filoni did a good job with the Mandalorian. Hope he brings a few more Andors to the roster too

Congrats! Great company to join, all the best, and hope we get a chance to meet in person soon!

It's well past time for Canadian government officials to get off of X, @jameswsthomson.com writes. This latest — disgusting — incident is just one more reason.
Canadian government officials, what are you still doing on X in 2026?

I am honoured to announce I’ve been appointed as a member to the Order of Canada. Thank you to everyone for the support! I dedicate this to my late Mom who taught me so much about history, local independent media & research. I know that she would be, like me, screaming with joy! #orderofcanada
