Since I set up my pull up bar, I've been practicing hanging for a full minute with my toes still on the floor for stability until my grip strength can support my full weight. I've done that for three weeks 3-4x a week, with grip training 3-4x as well..

Today, I was able to hang for 5s unsupported!

For example, my last 15min break, I did the hang to failure (5s), held a plank on the pushup bars for 60s, did 30 crunches on my Swiss ball, and did balance training. I finished with several min to spare. I try to do at least 1 thing every break for my upper and lower body (squats, wall sits, etc.)

I haven't worked out regularly in years, so now that I work from home, I work out on my breaks. I do hangs and planks in the top of the pushup position to build my strength. I'm making sure I'm pushing myself without overdoing it so I progress faster. Everything else will come later.

I'm really weak in the shoulders. Due to kyphosis, they are almost always internally rotated. So I am using this to build shoulder back and lat strength to allow me to do full pullups in the future and to correct my posture so I can go back to free weights without injury.

Freestanding. It took me about an hour to assemble and another 30 min to tighten everything.

A great example of what payroll disparity means. At some point, the $160 / $180 / $365 / $700 million player is gonna do the thing.
