I always point it out when basketball players should be playing football but maybe George is playing the wrong sport 🏀

They’re the same ppl, yes. Exactly the same.

there are ppl who still believe Jahmyr Gibbs/Bijan Robinson were bad picks because they’re actually good and will need to be paid

not lying
It reminds me of people saying you shouldn’t bother running the ball because passing has more EPA/play than running does. Stats and analytics are certainly useful, but they’re only a piece of the incredibly complex puzzle that is the sport we love
November 27, 2025 at 10:35 PM
feels like it’s time to have a discussion with both sides who live to scream about what analytics say to do on fourth down

games aren’t played on calculators and math isn’t irrelevant — neither of you is ever always right, which is why this shit is hard

You mean to tell me I could make seven figures *and* not have to see my family on holidays?

Green Bay is built to beat Detroit.

The Lions have a lot of work to do this offseason.

Tomorrow? No. I don’t even know if that’d be legal? But if he’s in shape then it probably won’t take that long.
I am one hundred percent confident he could roll out there literally tomorrow and be an improvement. But I assume that will not happen, right? Please tell me it will happen, Nick.

Great read from @coltonpouncy.bsky.social about the Lions and Thanksgiving.

In 2008, the Lions went 0-16. The first year I couldn't fly home for Thanksgiving. I watched them lose, 47-10, alone in a shithole apartment and it was the most normal thing about the day.
