When you get to the bottom of the big hill at Paekākāriki the speed limit DROPS BACK TO 100 for a bit. They've been intensively patrolling that stretch between Paekākāriki and Raumati and issuing lots of tickets.

Yeah our village one is being lost, which means as far as I know the only post in the Paraparaumu- Raumati- Paekakariki area is at the back of the bookshop in Coastlands mall. It's already crazy busy.

We were on Raumati beach this afternoon. The water on the sand was making it into quick sand and you’d sink up to your knees just standing on it! OBut when you pulled your feet out these little shrimp came out of the sand! No idea what they are

All my pretty summer dresses hanging out together, taking some air. Nearly time to get out of old jeans, get back to school. My students say things like, "Love your fit, Miss". Worth the effort then 😎. (6 out of 7 made by local Raumati South designer, Deanna Eisenhofer 💖).

I think that's just down the road from my house. To the left of him is the tiny and very cute Raumati South Kōhanga Reo and to the right of him is the old community hall and tennis court.
