I really should upgrade to the newer Clip Studio Paint cos i'm still on the old version. But I just can't see it being THAT much better that it's worth the stupid price for a perpetual license, and I just dislike subscription based licenses

As a device it very much wants you to be using Clip Studio Paint, like it's a wacom version of android so the natural workflow they're intending is you do quick sketches in their native app ( that like, works without you putting in a PIN ) then move it over to CSP with a button tap.
