#VR-game
Finished "The Room Old Sins" and had an absolute blast. I hope the developers decide to continue this franchise, because TR has been my favorite so far, and there are not enough good puzzle games out there.
Still got the VR game left, but motion sickness will probably make this one less enjoyable.

just checked your account, yeah it's 6
(my other vrc account is 3 but i barely played the game until i made this account and got vr for myself)

This Batman VR game still has one of the best suit-up sequences.

i keep having cool vr game ideas that are just less accessible davigo

Cat & Mouse:
The most simple game. VR player is the cat and pokes out behind curtains to catch the mice. You can just cheat & stay looking out so the mice automatically get caught 🤣 There's a dog that comes to lick your face to obscure your view to give them a chance tho!

Ghost House:
My second fav mini game. Ghostbusters but cuter. There's varying levels, with the difficulty going up as you progress through rooms. Ghosts only appear on the tv (invisible in vr) so either peek out the headset or someone else gives directions where to shoot a beam.

Monster Escape:
The VR couch multiplayer idea with some players on the tv & the other on VR is genious. Left screenshots show what's on the tv, right is what I see in VR.

Cute, quick kaiju game but introduced the superhero bots. You can look behind you to see your tail! 😂

For some reason, this game doesn't let me capture videos ): So I'll just post a few screenshots of each mini game. Seriously though, screenshots don't do the VR any sort of justice but it is what it is. The depth & detail everywhere is wonderful.

This is also the FIRST VR game I've ever played! ☺💙

Random thing of the day:
Doom VFR

A Doom for VR!
I struggled a bit with the controls at the beginning, but after I got used to it, it was a fun game!

The Discourse: A small game would get banned on steam for a fraction of what BG3 did.

Steam: Here's a brand new indie VR game where you can eat out a lizard man's asshole.

I actually heard the argument that “But an open world game in this franchise is a childhood dream came true, I can’t pass up on this!”

Pretty sure you can argue every single game in this franchise would then be a dream came true. VR? Open world? MMO? Business sim?

Didn't we get HL3 already and it was a bullshit VR game? Or was that a spinoff and I'm dumb?

Since I know The Midnight Walk in VR only works well on PS5 Pro (with PSVR2) and stronger PCVR hardware (any VR headset) and very poorly on base PS5 and weaker PCVR hardware.

My thought is vast majority of the voting jury didn't play the games they voted on for VR Game of the Year category.

Trying out the new #VR Demeo game with friends in Australia, which moves away from the animated dungeons board game to a Dungeons and Dragons feel with a overarching storyline and different choices to progress. I enjoyed it a lot!
December 13, 2025 at 2:36 PM
Oh, yeah. Not the video game / immersive art form.

I mean “this film would be better if the audience could choose the ending” or “bespoke film based on your tastes” rubbish that is pushed about as often as VR and 3D and hasn’t yet replaced “telling a story”.

Meet Stellar Cafe: the first VR game where NPCs chat back in real-time using AI-powered voice interaction!

Now live on Meta Quest 2, 3 & 3S, it’s a game changer for immersive, unscripted VR conversations.

I should point out too that VR controls range WILDLY in how good/bad they are, as it frequently comes down to "How ancient of VR hardware do you want to support?" as older headsets like the Vive had controllers with hardly any buttons on them.

I'm targeting Rift/Index as the minimum for my game. :B
