I think the UI still lacks information I want to see. Like it doesn't show diplomatic relations on the mouseover tooltip on the diplomatic map mode, even though the relations determine the colors on the map — just tell me they're a vassal or whatever!

there's a super obvious glowing item in the screen capture that doesn't show up at all on the player's screen. a tooltip about enemy weakness the player doesn't get to see

Ahh finally! Was awkward to have my notes exposed to the players. Perhaps a future update to have a 2nd tooltip for info I want players to see?

So, over the weekend I got iMessage working on my Android (so I don't have to hear more complaints about broken groupchats). The app I used supports "Find My Friends", but bc I don't have anyone sharing their location with me it resulted in the funniest fucking tooltip.

Hey Verly, amazing class rework! I noticed something about the Sinister Scythe skill, the tooltip shows the skill inflicts -100 bonus and -20 boost debuff, if you manage to inflict the debuff it shows on the effects "page" -100 bonus and -20 bonus debuff

With DNC it's even worse - the starting solo duty requires you to use the steps to clear, so you can't even argue "well I didn't understand the tooltip," since you literally have to practice it if you want to clear the very first DNC quest. TBF you can use the job without clearing the quest, but why

The EU5 new player experience so far is the best Paradox has done. Tutorials are directly integrated into panels now and damn near everything is a linkable tooltip.

I think we all tend to focus on arguing for pet features, instead of people outcomes.
A column headers tooltip is a people outcome. Why don’t we have such a simple benefit?

Making candlestick charts was relatively straighforward. Got to borrow the chart linging method from my other template. The most challenging part was the tooltip because it was javascript-heavy. Great result though.
