Tooltip: Quest Starting Items
If an item in your bag starts a quest, show the quest details. You can Ctrl-Left-Click the item to view it in the quest log if you are already on the quest.

With DNC it's even worse - the starting solo duty requires you to use the steps to clear, so you can't even argue "well I didn't understand the tooltip," since you literally have to practice it if you want to clear the very first DNC quest. TBF you can use the job without clearing the quest, but why

long story short i've been trying to make a tooltip that shows when you hover your mouse over it despite not even making the actual upgrade itself do anything yet

and this currently is not working, and I do not know particularly why, maybe i'm misunderstanding what this block does but idk qwq

I’ve been thinking about the things I want in #PowerBI and how they might be seen/prioritised very differently by others.

I think we all tend to focus on arguing for pet features, instead of people outcomes.

A column headers tooltip is a people outcome. Why don’t we have such a simple benefit?

Okay, this is my first righteous gripe about #OuterWorlds2.

Background is light, outline is light. Easy to miss when you're rushing. The interactivity tooltip doesn't show up on the bulk of this panel; it only shows up on the bottom edges.

There used to be a time where I would struggle to find the "angularjs tooltip library" which turned into searches for "react/vue/svelte component library" so hopefully them using the browser platform will make this process a no brainer and eliminate this entirely
