Oh wow. He filed that motion over a _year_ after the court's order to dismiss was filed.

The court notes several defects with Plaintiffs’ Motion for Relief. First, the1Motion is untimely under Fed.R.Civ.P. 60(c)(1), which requires all Rule 60(b)(1)motions to be brought within a reasonable time, but no more than one year after entryof the challenged order. Plaintiffs waited one year to the day before bringing thepresent motion, and make no showing that they exercised reasonable diligence inbringing the present motion. See Meadows v. Dominican Republic, 817 F,2d 517, 520-21 (9th Cir. 1987). Second, Plaintiffs have failed to comply with Civil L.R. 7 and, inparticular, L.R. 7-9, related to Motions for Reconsideration. Third, for the reasons setforth in the Order, the corporate Plaintiffs may not appear in this action without legalrepresentation.
