I did 2 IRL things this week …. With grown-ups! I so often work with children and young people I forget how much fun it is to get together with like-minded adults. A lovely training morning for the lovely ladies from Illuminate. Then the Mums in business group Edin through a vision board workshop!
Putting myself on the priority list today … after an action packed work week I hit the gym & spa … and even sat in the outside area for a while! Outside in January 😳
A fab day spent at Bonnyrigg PS … emotional literacy learning and teaching for all the little ones in school today. Lovely to see new and familiar faces today ☺️
