that's totally understandable, if it's any consolation we do have a magwest event in the summer that's on the west coast. I haven't been b/c flying is money but I hear it is also a lot of fun

Most of it is more or less what I'd really like to do this year, or more of! (I'll try to do a JP ver soon.)

I forgot to mention it, but I’d love to perform at MagWest this year.
i DID go to the first magwest in 2017 but No One Else I Knew Did so i barely did any of the magfest stuff due to dual wielding it with the anime con that was in the same hotel on the same weekend so that doesn't really count. i gotta go to The Real One That Everyone Goes To someday

At MagWest last year, some cosplayers said it was significantly easier to just buy a baguette than to find and order a prop/plush and I found that hilarious.

Heading to the airport now , that was such a fun magfest everyone I met was awesome and the panels I did go to were so fun !!! Hoping for maybe to do magwest maybe or magfest 2027

At #MAGWest I got to conduct a small ensemble from a piece, I indited called "Permafrost Alps" from the #videogame "Deity Quest".
The original is all electronic but it got arranged to be performed live.

Totally agree. I can't believe it, but they really did outgrow the Gaylord Hotel!

Not really a huge celeb, but I've ran into John Patrick Lowrie (TF2 Sniper's VA) at Magfest *and* MagWest a handful times, and made casual conversation with him while I was waiting for my dad to come pick me up at the latter one. ^^; Sweet guy!
