finished the first 3 chapters of Unbeatable and the music and presentation of this game go absolutely insane. it can be a little rough around the edges on the technical side but it feels like it's swinging for the fences in so many ways and i am picking up everything it's putting down

man. the last episode of OK KO hits so hard, probably even harder now than when it first aired in 2019 because basically every good cartoon of that era, including ones that came after, also had to do that "fast-forwarding to resolve the main plot because the suits cut the series short" thing

finally getting into retroachievements has helped me actually sit down with games instead of being The Flitter. i recently played both Dragon Quest 1 & 2 for the first time recently and i’m feeling like i’ve maybe finally unlocked my ability to focus on all the classic RPGs i’ve never finished
