棋の音カフェで「相がかりカレー」いただきましたよ。
カレーライスのご飯の上にキーマカレーがかかっていて、「相がかり」になっています。
「相がかり」というのは将棋用語で、お互いに角を使わずに飛車の前の歩が進撃してゆく戦型のことです。カレーのルゥが二種類かかっているのと掛けているのですね。
本当ならキーマカレーの上に卵が載っているはずなのですが、苦手なので省略してもらいました💦

@Anne__GE Dans tous les cas : j'ai essayé grillé et franchement bof/10, ça veut pas cuire, ça se colle à la poêle, insupportable. Mais pour faire en sauce ("poulet" aux olives, "boeuf" bourguignon, sans doute les plats à la crème) ou haché dans le keema matar, c'est nickel.

ok It was a bit underproofed but I was too hungry to wait and my kitchen is too cold… it was however, really really tasty especially with garlic butter and my chicken and keema curry from the other day.

I made keema aloo for dinner tonight, and wow, it was easy and delicious! I’d honestly be tempted to just make the keema and serve it over roast or mashed potatoes next time. But, yum!

Made some keema rice type thing for lunch. Its a bit too wet to be actual keema rice though and its not lamb, but I made something out of fuck all and it's tasty.
