Good morning Guy and all. Well I seem to have survived the second of two consecutive big nights out. Let’s see how long that lasts. Great fun was had. Now let’s see if coffee and fresh air can cut through the fug… Have a corking weekend when you get to it.

There’s no doubt that the holiday periods are our strongest months, of course, but we are lucky with our site to benefit from tourism all year round. We don’t see much effect from Stoptober at all… dry January hits us a bit, though.

Morning! The anticyclonic gloom had a dampening effect on the market yesterday, but I suspect we will just have to get used to it. Got a lot of cellar work done, though. More of the same today followed by beers with an old buddy tonight.

We went to a number of prime KF spots but didn’t even hear one call. Later, wandering to a pub, a flash of electric blue zipped past us as we crossed a bridge over the Dart in Totnes.

Sometimes they just come to you.

Good morning all. I’ve nearly packed the car (and I’ve even remembered log out of the TV apps this time). Now for some breakfast before saying goodbye to this view until next year. Have a corking weekend, when you get to it.

The sun is rising over the hills of Kingswear, lighting the patchy clouds and being reflected in the river Dart. There are lots of boats and yachts in view.
