I don't need to suffer. Which is why I told CMHT last week and this week and spoke to my GP who told me to speak to the CMHT. Friends and family are not my carers.

Well, I emailed Cedar House as suggested by the CMHT. They have emailed back to say the CMHT were wrong to say to contact them because they would not be able to support someone such as myself.

Therapies when they were callrd IAPT in the past. Spent 2 years being rejected for various, changing reasons, they won't take me on

The person at the CMHT who called me must have forgotten to check the right box. Just spoken to someone else, and he suggested Cedar House for counselling. Looked online, and their wait is 12-16 weeks, and it is 6 sessions+

I was thinking of trying to arrange some counselling privately lately but I have vastly reduced hours and income because of how much I'm struggling, so can't afford it.
