1941 Buick Roadmaster Convertible Coupe
I went to live in SF for 3 months and bought a used Mustang, the 2.8L V6. It was stylish but slow. 95HP! In contrast back in UK I had a TR6. It had overdrive and made 150 HP (2.5 straight 6) but was unreliable. The only reliable Brit car I ever had was the Rover SD1 with its 3.5L alloy Buick V8.

It's not like they wouldn't have a loading dock in the back and couldn't have just dumped it in a panel van or even the trunk of a Buick.

That buick... pushing 400K miles... 30 MPG... over 20 years old... Me I drive old Junk... its a Lot cheaper...

I had tried not to mention it, but Buick... Domestic manufacture is junk. Ford, GM, Stellantis, just unreliable poorly designed garbage. I'd rather drive a 20 year old Altima SE than a 5 year old Ford, etc. Japanese cars, you rarely get a gauge fault. Recently sold my 2006 3.5 Altima, still solid.

Sad to say... the dash pods of many vehicles will default out the gas gauge... they are so problematic that Mechanics will not replace them.. ask My Bro In Law a Master Mechanic for 60 years.. His Buick has a bad gauge for years.. he won't fix his own... nor yours...

Here's a 1970s 1:18 1970s Buick from 2003 meaning this model is as old as I am and it's in amazing condition just came out of the packaging and it still looks great

My parents bought a used Buick century.
My first car in 86 was a manual trans Chevy Citation that I got from a junkyard. We had shop class in HS so we rebuilt the motor with my teachers help.
It ran, but windows didn't roll, no passenger seat and the center dash was 100% missing 😂

A lovely young woman in (I think) a Buick convertible in front of the West Mall on the University of Texas campus in 1948. Man oh man I want that car! What a time to be young and alive and in a cool convertible in Austin!

Idk if they can top one of the SADDEST plot twist endings I have ever seen in a horror film. I bawled my eyes out.
Such a good film, and it has ties to From a Buick 8, which imo is one of the most slept on Stephen King novels of all time. It's such a good book.

It’s okay buick! It has a cream on it currently and I have more back home. The pain isn’t too bad after, it’s DURING that’s intense. I use a numbing cream called lidocaine to dull the pain, but the electrocution under the skin is the tough part. But it’s worth it.

Yesterdays wander to the abandoned Buick has me thinking this week I will showcase my favorite abandoned cars of Toronto.
She is a beautiful old gal. Id wager from the little she left of 50's vintage.
I've never gotten a good story of how she got here or why. I've told once it a wreck on Old Cummer Rd, but I dont think it likely due to the ridge
