Thanks, always a good time salmon fishing at golf courses.

Im trying to match the drawing with a mental image of the course as it is. Seems really it covers the parking lot. Not a big area to build on.

Im not against getting rid of the golf course and expanding the parkland.

I've had a long standing fued with them, revolving around water right and salmon fishing.

Long story short, here is photo taken by some startled golfers as a wandered thru the golf course.

10$ that photoshoot has images of them having said sex that didn't make it past the ad sensors.

With a table furit spread like that. How could they not?

When is this supposed to happen?

The golf course is still open. Also that's a pretty low point in the valley. I didn't think they allowed construction down there due to flooding.

Oct 14, 1990: former Canadian Pacific Railway 4-6-2 steam locomotive No. 1201 is retired after an excursion between Ottawa and Hawkesbury, Ontario. Built at CP's Angus Shops in 1944, No. 1201 was withdrawn from service in 1960. It was restored at the John Street roundhouse in 1976. 1/3

A mid-October punt on Lake Ontairo.

We've had a hell of paddling season this year. I hope to squeeze a few more days on the water before winter sets in

Toronto’s Cycling and Pedestrian Projects Team continues to hit it out of the park. Out for a ride today and here’s just some of the new cycling facilities that I came across. New concrete planters and permanent curbs on Harbord Street. /1

What throws me off the the remnant "artifacts" on the street. Like cars.. The style of cars has changed, but there is still enough of the "older" looking cars around to make do a double take when I see an old photo. Same with logos.

Did this dude know this game was gonna go this way so he brought another entertainment with him in advance?

I've used a 5/4 suit years ago for kitesurfing into late Nov on Lake Ontario and Georgian bay. Sadly that wetsuit is long long.

I'm keen to try that again.
torontoboris.bsky.social
I've thought about that. But everyone around here uses 5-7mm wetsuits into Dec and then the lake freezes mostly.

And sadly a drysuit is far more expensive.
