It was inevitable that once fundamentalists felt their power was secure, they would devolve into purity contests over who counts as Christian.
Where is our national press? The government has been shooting at and harassing clergy for months. This used to be a red line. The reality is their red line moved, not yours. They’re cowards.

Minneapolis and Saint Paul have basically mobilized into a war economy of mutual aid and non-violent defense. I’ve never seen anything like it, even during Covid. People who barely vote are guarding their schools from ICE and doing the shopping for neighbors in hiding.

There has been radicalization among the Dem base, but what they haven't come to accept yet is that Dems don't want the things they want. It's not about them being too cowardly to reign in ICE, prosecute the Trump admin, reject Silicon Valley, break w/ Israel, etc. They actively oppose these things.
