An instantly-leaked internal bulletin at the politicized federal law enforcement agencies just so happens to say what the Trump admin and its allies want it to say.

This is how it works in authoritarian regimes, the cops are too busy with propaganda and repression to actually solve crimes.

It is quite simply dishonest to describe TPUSA as a “free speech” organization and not even mention the “Professor Watchlist,” as NPR just did. Reporting on a crime does not entail adopting the victim’s views.

I would not — and I cannot stress this enough — trust anything coming from Pam Bondi, Kash Patel or anonymous "internal law enforcement sources." Fascists lie. We have evidence, both contemporary and historical. Unless there is indisputable proof behind a claim made in this case, question it.

I know professors personally who have had their lives destroyed by being doxxed by the Professor Watchlist organized by Turning Point USA, for saying the "wrong thing" in class one time. I will not celebrate violence but I also will not pretend this is "practicing politics the right way."

Must be noted that Kirk was both following and leading an even more rightward surge. He went from indifference to faith to militant Christianity, from praising MLK to damning him, from disengagement from LGBTQ+ politics to endorsing Leviticus’s call for execution.

"These violent delights have violent ends"
Karen is right.

Charlie Kirk was a violent person and violent people often come to violent ends.

The only reason it feels shocking is we’re so used to straight, white, Christian men leveraging their power and privilege to avoid the same violence they promote.
Part of what keeps America so violent is the insistence that people perform care, empty goodness and absolution for white men who espouse hatred and violence.

Internal documents reviewed by The Post reveal, with rare candor, how domestic missions rooted in politics risk damaging Americans’ trust in the military.

The history of America has been forged by political violence, and contrary to the narrative being built on the news at this moment Most of that violence was at the hand of conservative white men against minorities and women throughout our history.

Slavery was violence
Jim Crow was violence

Charlie Kirk is a Nazi and this is openly a call for violence against the population.

The fascists are amp up their rhetoric and their violent theater because they want to kill American citizens in mass.
