Welp it happened. When I was putting the two sides together, a smooth piece that acts as the outer hull popped off and Archer found it. It's under the sauce bed so not noticeable. But I'll always know it had permanent battle damage that cant be fixed at dry dock
Place your bets. How many pieces will be stolen by a beagle or cat?

Please remind me again what the recycle rate for fossil fuels is

4 years ago today, I got my offer of pub for CRIP UP THE KITCHEN. 3 years ago today, it went to the printer (1 year is an extremely rushed production cycle for a cookbook oof).

Today is the perfect day to buy it for yourself or the disabled people in your life!

In BC, surgical abortions are provided up to 24 weeks without any extenuating circumstances AND THAT'S FINE

If we are going to give numbers, let's be facts
NO ONE, absolutely NO ONE, decides to terminate a pregnancy after 20 weeks without a damned good reason, and if you think YOUR judgement should substitute for the mother's you are a sick and demented person who is a danger to a free and democratic society, because you believe what you IMAGINE...
As much as I loathe to draw attention to the National Post, I think it's important to keep an eye on what they're up to. In this case, it's writing a piece that can be summed up with, "The stupid libs keep fear mongering about their bodily rights being taken away. Here's why we should do that."

Massive shoutout out to whoever handles the Royal Canadian Air Force’s social media account. They responded to every single comment on their already very solid Trans Day of Remembrance post and they responded like this…

It would serve White Canadians very well to remember we are always one election away. Especially with PP at the helm. And Mo and Smith in SK and AB. And the opposition in BC that came so close to being in power. We dont get to be smug.

After years of the kitchen sink getting harder and harder to turn off without dripping and two trips to home depot, it is finally fixed.
Please clap

Here the story about my ban and why conflating HRT with GAHT is anti-trans and harmful
There are many misperceptions about taking testosterone — including among trans men — but the small amount Jules Sherred takes does not translate to bulging biceps. Those are the result of many hours of training, he said.
Changed Rules Will Shut a Trans Bodybuilder Out of Competition | The Tyee
The Canadian association that regulates the sport will no longer allow gender-affirming hormone therapy, citing American rules.

If Schumer votes AGAINST this but enough Ds vote FOR it that it passes, he needs to RESIGN immediately.

He will have shown himself to be absolutely ineffective as a minority leader. He has to go.

Literally resign tonight.

The model of holding individual senators responsible is broken here. The retirees clearly agreed to take the fall. Which is why the nos should get no credit for voting no unless they move to oust Schumer

This is the correct explanation of what happened tonight👇
KBJ threaded the needle thanks to CA1’s unfinished business.

-if she denied the admin stay, the full SCOTUS woulda stepped in to override her.
-if she immediately referred the case to the full Court, they coulda dragged feet.
-instead she boxed them in to act quickly once she does refer the case.

It would serve NDP leadership candidates well to drop the term "ordinary people" from their campaigns. It's become a dog whistle for "as long as youre not marginalized." Especially when they are trying to profit from Mamdani's win. You obviously missed the point of his campaign

Reminder!!

Bluesky has a pronoun labeler you should really use!

Only those who subscribe to this will see it so you should do that. Don't worry, that's all it does.
