My psychiatrist is such a lovely human.
We now have a medication game plan that makes sense to me.
Not looking forward to the next few weeks (tapering off 2 SSRIs, then starting an entire new SSRI) but I'll get through it.

Interesting find of the day: this male #Mallard with an obviously injured beak. I just posted on a wildlife rehab group to see if he needs any sort of help. I assume no, because the injury looks well-healed and he looks otherwise healthy.
Anyone have any ideas what could have happened to this guy?
