I wanted to speak to my dead dad so I did it the old fashioned way & paid a psychic medium. She knew things that an AI bot could never have known & it gave me the closure that I needed to be able to let go of the anger I was carrying. Using an AI bot like this- would have just prolonged my grief.

How I heard the story of the tech industry’s obsession with “meritocracy”, it stemmed from investment banker types laughing tech people out of rooms in the 90s as weird nerds.
And they felt they too should be rich because they are “smart” and thus “deserve”
