It’s been a busy month+ but (knock on wood) things finally seem to be calming down here at Casa Fitz and I’m finally feeling like I have enough energy and mood stability to get back into a consistent routine. I want to get back to baking & crafting more, volunteering again, etc.

Following that was my depressed medical detransition era and then the lockdown, so to most people who knew me in college and earlier I basically disappeared between graduating in 2014 and re-emerging from lockdown all hormoned up in 2021. So it was just kinda the natural progression of my life.

I would say the reset just kind of happened naturally given my circumstances; the only person I kept up with from high school was my first boyfriend who I soon after had a bad breakup with, and right after college was the peak of my drug spiral so I lost touch with most contacts from then too.

I think I’ve come very far in my personal inner growth & I value that, and that’s probably one reason I’m kinda glad I was able to reset my life; I feel like having one foot in a past version of my life would cause me to lapse more into behaviors I’m now glad I broke out of.

Ah i understand that. At this point I don’t really currently know anyone aside from my family who I knew during my pre- or early transition era. But I totally understand how that can feel like a lack of progress.

genuinely disgusting. plus just insane, like. if all men, cis & trans, are bad by nature and all straight/bi women who are in relationships with men are on the bad team, together that's at least like 80% of humanity; how does she live her life just hating the majority of people by default.
