Those who study History cannot stress enough how often we see this incremental stripping of minorities' basic rights & the implementation of policies in which the endangerment to a group's wellbeing is normalised by the society around it.

This is evil. Children - babies - will suffer as a result.

They would feel threatened by that quote.

I feel *energized* by it.

I have updated my long thread on Nigel Farage's history of racism in the light of the new revelations of his teenage racist years. You'll want mind bleach afterwards.
Nigel Farage has been a lifelong racist. He's been a racist since his school days. David Lammy was forced to apologise for saying Farage flirted with the Hitler Youth - but what do you call it when someone sings Hitler Youth songs? Read Chloe Deakin's letter on Farage's fascism and racism at school.

There is a reason ancient woodland has areas devoid of all plant life in November, because this is what it looks like in April

They make games and movies like they used to. So many of them. Same with books.

But the mechanisms you learned about them were totally gutted and changed to only amplify shit that's already popular.

It's still there! You're just mostly on your own to find it.

Remember the majority of voters who believe in treating people decently and not stealing from those who've endured months and years of hardship fleeing war and persecution to seek a place of safety?
