We perfected Alarm & Muster almost 300 years ago (French & Indian War). We know how to do this. Many stand ready.
The Boston-area also has some pretty robust rapid response networks in place already. People doing this work are actively building capacity for a surge. We are ready.
This is something I've thought of as I've seen rumors Boston might be next for this. We've had weeks of the MLSP area giving us video demonstrations of best practices for handling these chucklefucks & saying Boston doesn't have MN's reputation for politeness is putting things mildly.
