I know some good people. A very old friend of mine, who has a bunch of kids (one of whom is a little trans dude), just pinged me. His family has taken in a trans girl friend of the kids because her home isn’t safe. (Her dad is sure it’s “just a phase.”)

saying someone “identifies as having cancer” is tantamount to saying “is lying about having cancer”

Something I love about some of the communities I’m in, especially if they include trans folks, is how much everyone wants to pump each other up, to encourage each other, to cheer for each other.
It’s just nice to have and to contribute to spaces like that. 💚
