Approved on a 7-4 vote on party lines, with ABC in favour and councillors Fry/Bligh/Orr/Maloney opposed.
Property tax freeze, $50 million more for VPD, and cuts to Arts, Culture, Planning and Sustainability departments, among others.

The fact that most people thought he was based on Musk, and he was in fact written with basically any tech bro in mind, is such a testament to how every one of these monsters is a stunning monument to interchangeable blandness and unoriginality.
It's also bleakly funny that even in 2022 I thought it was laying it on awful thick about tech bro douches, but if anything Norton's character is way too aware of other people as a concept and is at least attempting to fake an interesting inner life.
Pregaming for Wake Up Dead by watching Glass Onion, for some reason it especially pleases me that Rian Johnson has Blanc quote "My God, it's full of stars" and make note that the line is from 2010 not 2001.

By the by, I think there needs to be clarity if the cost of the Bike Valet is $485,000/year, or $485,000 over two years - if it's per year, something hinky is going on with the math here, as someone who worked there.
