I'm sorry but what fucked up world is this????!! Why is this not the biggest headline this week??

Nat and NZF agreed to pass a law they don't like just so they could form a government? What info is Seymour blackmailing them with??

Absolute fucking spineless IDIOTS!! 🤬🤬🤬
Govt of integrity my ass.
I do not know off the top of head what is in the oath an incoming government makes to the Governor General, but it seems like passing legislation you actually think is bad should be some kind of breach of it

Speaking of things that aged like wine, back on Twitter I remember @lewsos.bsky.social said that he thought Luxon had the skillset to be PM and we just had to see whether he would utilise it appropriately

Oh Lew. The optimism was nice, in retrospect

Absolutely unacceptable given rising unemployment overall + losing plane after plane of good people offshore!

Could he be more uninspiring? Seems Labour have settled on "Better things aren't possible" as a slogan🤦🏽‍♂️

The bad stuff is absurd & I'm shocked when anything good comes out of this shitty timeline we're living through.

What's kept me going is the progressive community that has risen up to make it a better world, esp the #bhn fam ❤️

“Every bike you pass represents one less car in front of you at the lights.”

In other words, politicians have a choice: make a bunch of motorists mad once by building a bike lane or two, or make thousands of them intermittently mad indefinitely.

Why are New Zealand drivers so aggro?
Anyone who’s ridden a bike or scooter on our roads has a story about a driver seemingly wanting to murder them.

you need to be prepared:
always bring an extra book,
don’t pack too much,
check often for delays,
get to the airport early,
but most importantly
be sure to wear a mask,
for airplanes are not
the only airborne thing
for which you need to be prepared.
