Law students, Lindsey Halligan and Pam Bondi both passed the Bar and got admitted. You will be fine.
This is almost unreal incompetence.

Here's how this area of inquiry was discussed in Monday's opinion.

In short, this is the afterthought, the ~it couldn't be this, could it?~ moment in the opinion: "If this procedure did not take place, then the Court is in uncharted legal territory ..."

I hate how every nation is living down to its stereotype because I’m trained to look for complexity in things, yet the USA is run by a caricature of crony capitalism that Soviet propaganda would consider too unsubtle, Russia is run by a Bond villain, the UK is speedrunning Children of Men, etc.

Seeing the strong reaction of Greene, Boebert, and Mace to the Epstein business has made me wonder whether they are, like a lot of girls & women in the USA, survivors of gender violence and felt something genuine about it (which does not redeem them or erase all their other endorsements of cruelty).

NEW: Judge dismisses the Trump Admin's challenge to NY's Protect Our Courts Act, a law prohibiting immigration arrests at NY's courthouses!

This is an important response to those who say states can't hold ICE officers accountable to the law.

I recognize litigating imposes serious costs, but Trump has to be stood up to, because his claims are *always* meritless.
JUST IN: A federal appeals court panel (with 2/3 Trump appointees) calls his lawsuit against CNN — over use of the term Big Lie — "meritless" and affirms the decision by a lower court to throw it out. s3.documentcloud.org/documents/26...

“Short bursts indicate an ICE sighting. Long whistles indicate agents making arrests. If you hear the whistle and you’re undocumented, said [Whitney Hu, a community activist and organizer with South Brooklyn Mutual Aid], ‘you hide. And if you’re somebody who’s not, you go to the street.’”
As ICE Street Raids Ramp Up, New Yorkers Stock Up On Whistles
Taking a cue from Chicago, community groups have distributed thousands of whistles in recent weeks — a grassroots system people in other cities have adopted to help neighbors sound the alarm.

I know this is the least important part of the onslaught of cruelty and terror this administration is inflicting, but it also shows that nobody in charge of this shit reads books.

That's enough. We've had enough people indulging in the "thrill of a little conservatism", as a treat. Of considering reactionary thought to be a salacious and taboo in a world descending into reactionary mania.

Give me your MOST woke opinions. We're bringing it back.

Another revelation from all of these emails is that many of the richest and most powerful people in the country absolutely cannot write. Helps explain their sweaty embrace of LLMs.
