Today's progress on reviving the 3d printer was mixed. Firmware is compiling (not sure I have the right display tho) and most of the wiring (though I want ferrules for the high current stuff) so with any luck I'll be back to several days ago where I can at least power it on and get basic movement

The day was going great until the USB plug broke off in the printer motherboard connector. I guess tomorrow we get to sort out the wiring on the new board (new rev so of course it's different). Le sigh

after a long hiatus I'm working on the 3D printer again* (swapped to Microswiss extruder and up to date FW) and I finally have it homing properly. Next up is sporting all the mechanical dimensions. At this rate I'll be printing by December
