They are literally firing all the judges they think might grant relief. They just fired a friend of mine a couple hours ago. They have no shame. The bastards want an assembly line for deportations and nothing more; rubber-stamping bootlickers who’ll yes’sir at every new diktat to deny.
Instead of hiring more immigration judges, the Department of Justice just posted an ad for "deportation judges." join.justice.gov

Self driving cars are actually happening.
Whoa. CA DMV expanded Waymo's approved operating area to cover a lot of territory. Yesterday it was just the darker area.

Just one point. Nothing more to discuss.

The committee that settled on the phrase “underscoring his determination to challenge scientific orthodoxy” should be dissolved and its members compelled to take a remedial course on the scientific method.
Breaking News: Robert F. Kennedy Jr. said he personally instructed the CDC to abandon its position that vaccines do not cause autism. The move underscores his determination to challenge scientific orthodoxy — in this case, that vaccines save lives — and bend the health department to his will.
RFK Jr. Says He Instructed CDC to Change Vaccines and Autism Language on Website
In an interview, Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. cited gaps in vaccine safety research. His critics say he is ignoring a larger point: Vaccines save lives.

So let me get this straight: The President’s plan to lower prices is to roll back some of his own tariffs?

NEWS: President Trump has issued a *second* pardon for Jan. 6 defendant Dan Wilson.

Wilson, a militia member, remained in prison on a firearms conviction unrelated to the Capitol attack. But Trump's new pardon explicitly covers the gun charges. www.politico.com/news/2025/11...

Jenna Ellis lost her license and is now a felon

John Eastman’s license was suspended

Michael Cohen went to jail

Like them, Pam Bondi is perverting justice at Trump’s command

But it’s infinitely worse-because she’s Attorney General

Plus she’s covering for pedophiles

There is only one reason Trump directed Bondi to investigate specific names in the Epstein files.

It’s so the DOJ can stonewall growing calls for their full release.

Not long ago, the DOJ declared there was nothing to investigate.

You are witness to the most blatant coverup in American history.

Here’s something that’s really important for everyone to understand.

If we design our cities just for cars, they fail everyone, including drivers.

If we design our cities with many great CHOICES in how to get around, they work better for everyone, including drivers.

Spread the word.

This memo is supposedly laying out a legal rationale for blowing up small boats that could easily be intercepted (which would be both legal and smarter strategy)

Adding language trying protect personnel that follow the orders from future prosecution is a confession that the rationale is very weak.
This memo is almost an admission of legal *vulnerability* for those carrying out bombings.

“It signals fear that what they’re doing is illegal and that they could possibly be subject to criminal action under US law and international law,” Rep Adam Smith tells me. 4/

Instead of following legal channels or taking steps to change the law, the Trump administration often lies about the facts and claims existing law applies.

But in reality, drugs aren’t military arms, traffickers aren’t terrorists, the US wasn’t attacked, and isn’t at war. That has to matter.
Pretend there’s a war on (there isn’t).

Pretend drug traffickers are terrorists (they’re not).

Pretend overdoses are armed foreign attacks (they’re not).

Pretend “the president says so” means Congress has no role (it doesn’t).

Voila, legal. When factual reality is irrelevant, any law can apply.

The memo purporting to offer a legal rationale for Caribbean boat strikes is awfully close to “assuming Trump’s lies are true, here’s a law that applies.”

But as @gregsargent.bsky.social notes, by trying to immunize officers who follow the orders, it’s practically a confession that they’re illegal.
Trump's illegal murders in the Caribbean just got worse. An internal DOJ memo on the bombings says the victims are waging war on the US, but per NYT, it extensively cites the WH's *own claims* to this effect as evidence!

It gets even darker than that. 1/
