Where is the forcible felony that requires deadly force? Driving towards cops can indeed be a deadly force situation. But this is NOT that. The ‘crime’ here if there was one was misdemeanor obstruction. There is a thing called a license plate. Go find them later. SLOW DOWN

If the point of the ‘stop’ is to move along traffic, then that’s the point. Move traffic along. But walking up to a car saying ‘get out of the fucking car’ is not professional. It’s a sign of a poorly trained or poorly self-regulating person with a gun. Again, what’s the point.
