You know how they immediately started digging deep into Alex Pretti's past to somehow justify his murder? They know that we'll do the same thing to those shooters and that we'll find a lot worse than a busted tail light.
This is a cover up of a murder, led by our own federal government.

Personally, I don't want Noem fired. They're going to try and scapegoat her and send her out with all the sink of Minneapolis on her. I want a thorough investigation into all of the orders that were given and how they were carried out, and everyone in a position of responsibility put in jail.

This seals it. The guys who are working for ICE have less training than someone who has binged a few episodes of Law and Order.

In simplest terms, One Battle After Another is a good film and sometimes it's beautiful, but it didn't give me much to think about except for the nature of resistance. Sinners gave me a lot more to think about and was just beautiful on top.

We all know what Twitter turned into, but it's important to remember what it was before Musk. Sure there were toxic elements but there was also Gail and a few other people like her who had an uncanny ability to mobilize the good elements to do good things in the real world. Maybe bsky can do that.
I was thinking about my favorite Twitter moment and it was definitely after the George Floyd murder, I started a pop-up charity for Black causes where comics creators donated art and more. We raised over $400,000. Not one cent for admin, all volunteer.

If your supervisor shows you a physical memo ordering you to break the law, you do not follow it. You ask for a written copy (and then hopefully pass it on to journalists). The alternative is that you're breaking the law and they're the only ones with their asses covered.
This is insane not just the explicit "go break the 4A" substance but how they knew how bad it was, acting in guilty paranoia to cover it up and suppress the written evidence.
This isn't how running a government agency works. This is what a criminal conspiracy looks like, because that's what it is.

🚨HOLY CRAP. An ICE whistleblower just revealed a secret memo authorizing ICE officers to break into homes without a judicial warrant, which DHS's own legal training materials say is unconstitutional!

Confirmed that LCI highly credible & no such claim. The story is mainly about France replacing U.S. in providing intelligence support to Ukraine and what are France’s capabilities. If they had proof that US relays intelligence to Russia that would be the story.
