Orange man directs political violence, his followers oblige
NYT, moments ago:

A man rushed Representative Ilhan Omar's lectern and appeared to spray her with a strong-smelling liquid before he was tackled by security.

it is the same playbook everywhere. “vote for us! we will make you great again by punishing the people you hate! do not pay attention to the fact that we’re also shoveling your money into the pockets of the uber wealthy and building a giant boot to step on your face too (preferably forever)”
The UK version of “Project 2025” by the Reform party includes a British ICE, a concentration camp for 24,000 people, mass surveillance and withdrawing from refugee, anti-torture and anti-trafficking conventions.

It’s on their website. That’s how comfortable fascists are in the UK today.

I’ve seen a few vids of pets at protests and it was anxiety inducing
please do not bring pets to protests even though they’re cute, it is not gonna be fun for them
Some of y'all are new to this shit so heads up,
DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG TO A PROTEST

Just saw video of ICE agents do what is natural to them -- spontaneously choose violence -- and someone was carrying their dog near a cloud of mace.

There's no reason. If you cant leave them alone, STAY HOME.

look, as an Iranian American I can safely say that no one really cares about kidnapping and hostage taking at foreign embassies and it is not something that countries hold long grudges about - so I think this will quickly pass.
Uh. So ICE just technically tried to invade Ecuador. Cool new international incident dropping.

Canada has the most experience operating them with the world's second largest fleet.

Once again: Focusing on their lack of training is a mistake. With "better training," their violence would simply cost more, and they would still kill whoever they wanted, but make it look more professional — to make people more comfortable, the way many of you are at ease with local police violence.
