We can't expect others to truly understand how loud the trauma "noise" in our head is. We are responding to conditioning that is VERY effective in hijacking our attention & physiology.

This is why we can't just "gut" or "vibe" our way through recovery-- we need plans & tools.

🚨BOOM!! The Petition calling for a public inquiry into Russian influence on UK politics & democracy has now rocketed past 50,000 signatures! Let’s get it to 100,000. If a petition is what it’s going to take let’s get this done!

The right to trial by jury has been a fundamental feature of the British Justice System for over 800 years. Any attempt by the government to undermine this fundamental freedom - a cornerstone of our democracy and an essential safeguard against authoritarianism - must be opposed

Best understood, Labour's attack on juries, as a further lurch towards authoritarianism. Who, now, will stand in the way of a State that wants to imprison its opponents?

The 50 wealthiest families own more wealth than the bottom 50% of the population.

How can this Labour Government say this is a "cost of living" budget and refuse to tax the rich?

They care about protecting power and wealth. And cost of living is a buzz phrase for them. Dire.

On this day 49 years ago, #SexPistols released their debut single, "Anarchy in the U.K."

Released as 7″ only, and originally in a plain black sleeve, before being reissued in a standard #EMI sleeve after initial copies mis-credited production of the b-side to Chris Thomas instead of Dave Goodman.

A Lego boat project keeping me going mostly days when work flees or is impossible 4 my trauma brain.

I have picture in head of ‘what’ but have 2 physically put bricks together not ‘draw a plan’ 2 create MOC’s. Plus a few pieces are custom.

I try to never sit down with nothing to do.

NT's will never understand the shame and feelings of helplessness that come from an ND mistake. I've missed an important appointment because my #dyslexia sent me to the wrong building. I missed it again today due to bus strike I didn't know about. Still feels like my fault though. #audhd #autism

I simply said the WHO told us several years ago that ago ‘hundreds of millions will suffer post covid condition’ we were told. It’s not a surprise, sadly no health messaging
