Saw a movie post about a film that I am a detractor for. But I did not comment.

Rage posting is the tool of the enemy. We do not use it. We do not *need* it.

Snakes aren't the only reptiles that can't blink.

Some lizards also have a clear scale over their eyes (called a spectacle)

and many geckos have nothing covering their eye at all (shocker, the geico gecko inaccurate).

there are gradients
in magenta light

as in miracles

and lies

but mostly in magenta

Hot tip for writers.

when the ms is perfected, record it (as for an audio book).

Am recording my new book + surprised at how easy it is to pick out the prose clunkers.*

Next time, I will record book before I publish print.

*Yes, I read it aloud. But *listening* is different.

One of many Cambridge street watercolours I did 30-40 years ago. Working on the spot uniquely preserves memories and feelings. The shop signs at that time in Green St were extravagantly beautiful and the passers by were sketched in quickly. Still have this one.

I watched yesterday's webinar on this subject, and it really does feel like a whole new frontier of exciting possibilities and potential is opening up in how we grow food, and how that impacts on the natural world.

Hope at a time when it's in short supply!
