I’ve had to cancel all my banking and payment cards.
An ‘admin’ error means I had to pay £280 to airport parking.
A ‘dickhead’ error means I also racked up an £80 fine for driving in a ‘resident only’ area.
And NOW you want me to go to the works Xmas do and have 'fun'?

One call to AmEx, and they shut it down and sent me a replacement within 24 hours.
Four calls to Lloyds, and they've only just put the replacement in SECOND CLASS post, three days after the theft.
Time to switch banks.
