Check out our new trailer for “Hoppers”!

Not much that I worked on is in here, but I did do all of the animatronics and the 3d print in the lab.

Newww blockout! Feels weird posting WIPs of art after taking a break, but I'm excited to keep going 😊 A lot of feedback I've received has been on learning to deviate from concepts so I purposely chose one with a lot of room for interpretation #3dart #unrealengine #environmentart

🚨 Yet again Ted Cruz and Steve Scalise are trying to sneak in a moratorium on state GenAi legislation.

If passed states can no longer enact laws for transparency, child safety, privacy, environmental protection etc.

We got 3 days to stop this. Call now!

This whole thread. Hippos are amazing
I mentioned earlier that they chew on Nile Crocodiles - I wasn't kidding, baby Hippos use them as teething rings since the texture of their scales is satisfying to gum.

Just this 12' long razor-toothed archosaur, sitting there going "stay calm, Clarence, you survived the asteroid, you can do this."
a hippopotamus is standing in a puddle of water next to two crocodiles
Alt: A crocodile doing his best to stay calm while a baby hippo noms on him.

Art exists and persists without expiration dates. Share your shit.
Show your work off, talk about what your happy with, the end results your proud of, talk about how you grew and what you learned in the process and most of all just say you think you did grate with something if you feel it. You being happy with your work is healthy and you should show that as well.
One of the cruelest tricks society played on creative people was planting the idea that being proud of your work is somehow unseemly and egotistical.

You made a thing! You like it! You SHOULD be proud of it. Brag all you want!

And also tell others when you like their work, tell them what you learned from them and the ways their work inspired you! Talk about this stuff openly share that positively and celebrate art for bloody sake!

How do mfs watch, read, or listen to the plethora of cyberpunk, dystopian, and post-apocalyptic media throughout history and see those things as suggestions rather than the warnings that they are?

(PS: Like many of my other, similar posts, this is mostly rhetorical).

Working with @nicholasmc1.bsky.social on this fairly unusual game was an absolute joy! re-calibrating my concept work for first person was a pretty interesting challenge as well! ( everyone else wants top down) I made Key art, concepts and a few cheeky 3D characters as well!

A few more morning pics. That campanile(?) might as well be a sculpture. I like how the triangle and cross motifs dictate everything. The roof-wall was once exposed concrete until it started cracking and leaked (😔😞). It was clad in copperplates in 1999.
