Still around 100 community reports of ICE activity around the Twin Cities today, the most of any state by far.

In case you’re wondering why so many of us aren’t quite taking Homan’s presser today at face value.

Justice is ICE being held accountable for murdering Americans.

Surya is a skating coach at Shattuck St. Mary’s school in Minnesota now and she continues to be amazing!!
Everyone making noise about Olympic Skater Ilia Malinin (a white dude) pulling off the first legal backflip in competition as if he is a revolutionary skater needs to remember Surya Bonaly (black girl) completed a backflip in the 1998 Nagano Winter Olympics and was penalized for it

By the way, for those of you not in MN: Homan’s strategy was to withdraw some agents, so it felt like we were in the denouement of the crisis, and then escalate hard against observers. They’re being incredibly aggressive with observers now. National media may not want to check out just yet

One of the richest people in the world decided he wanted to be richer in money by making the rest of us poorer in many ways

The idea of public good is alien to these mega rich. They build palaces for themselves instead of libraries for everyone. They are very rich people & exceedingly poor humans

The headline should be, "DHS to keep 2,000 immigration officers in Minnesota."

Instead, it seems the entirety of the traditional media went with, "DHS to withdraw 700 immigration officers from Minnesota."

This presser worked like a charm.
Homan in Minneapolis: "Effective immediately, we will draw down 700 people effective today."

One by one, Europeans mentioned in the Epstein files who still hold political office are beginning to resign or are being forced out of office.

Meanwhile, ruled by an administration almost entirely made up of Epstein associates, the US carries on as if nothing really happened.

The US immigrant population generated more in taxes than they received in benefits from all levels of government every year from 1994 to 2023.

The Cato study provides the first-ever 30-year analysis of the fiscal effects of immigration on government budgets.

One thing to keep in mind with regard to voter intimidation at polling places is that cities across the country have developed or are developing large rapid response networks around ICE. It would be easy to leverage those same networks to protect polling places or escort vulnerable voters.
