loot does not drop upon defeating me. the developers didn't expect anyone to attack me, i am so vulnerable, and only trying to help. why did you raise your sword? for material gain? i would give you anything i have if you had only asked. i did not ask to be in this game, i did not ask to have 6hp.

Really cool to think about how ore-grade cobalt is like 110-250 ppm of cobalt, while a used cobalt battery might 1000-10000ppm when reckoned against the entire battery. And that's not even considering the other useful resources in a battery.

...An Instagram commenter wrote: 'She’s so natural with it too like it’s not even cringe.'"
Alison Luchs, who has worked at the National Gallery of Art for 47 years, agreed to learn Gen Z slang and make videos because she wanted to raise interest in the museum’s art.

She never expected to slay. https://wapo.st/45BXc3S

Personally, I would also accept the corporate death penalty for coupang too
Actually invoking Russia and Venezuela like you're asking Trump to kidnap our president as well for *looks at notes again* INVESTIGATING A DATA BREACH AT A KOREAN COMPANY IN KOREA??????

This FTA was ALWAYS about selling out Korean sovereignty to the US

NATIONALIZE COUPANG

ABOLISH THE KORUS FTA

Pointed out by my friend @carloshasanax.bsky.social . There's something weird and unsettling about a fairly homogeneous culture spread out across Europe that then collapses into an orgy of genocide.

Recent discussion about the perils of doors in gamedev reminded me of a bug caused by a door in a game you may have heard of called "Half Life 2".

I wrote it up over on Mastodon (I find it's better at long threads):

This week on the blog: More Peasants!

This week, we're modeling the full(ish) structure of women's labor in a pre-industrial peasant household, very roughly assessing the work required for textiles, farming, cooking, cleaning, childcare, etc.

Now with pie chart!
