Controversial take - I don’t want new arrivals from Twitter here. I don’t want them here after they’ve been marinating in hatred for years while the rest of us have been rebuilding. I don’t want to watch them beg for followers while everyone else did the right thing. I don’t welcome you. Go away.

A significant amount of centrists hate Trump solely because he does the atrocities so loudly and rudely that they are forced to go through the motions of noticing and caring, when they'd much rather just Not Have to Hear About It.

american liberals are fine with millions of deportations as long as they happen quietly and the police don't hurt any white people. proud of it, really
Obama deported 3 million illegal immigrants during his time in office and I don’t remember a single scene like this.

Palestinians stood in solidarity with Black Americans in the aftermath of Mike Brown. They also painted a mural of George Floyd in the West Bank and rallied for him.

This is very important history and part of why we’re here today.
It also really bothers me cause Palestinians have been raising the Venezuela issue and I think even protested in the aftermath of George Floyd and other police brutality in the us. Meanwhile people here are like “why bring them up?”

sorry, this is the america doctrine. if it is un-american it is not at its very core but in its unusually straightforward expression
Here is the Trump Doctrine, as articulated by Stephen Miller in his truly frightening interview with Jake Tapper this afternoon. It is very much like the doctrine of the dictators we fought and defeated in World War II and of Putin today. It is un-American at its very core.

Das Problem ist, dass Trump dem Senat nicht vorher Bescheid gesagt hat? Liberale mal wieder einen Normalen am haben.

If you're wondering "what the fuck is she talking about?" It's her saying the left is insane for not calling the Maduro kidnapping and annexation a win.

I will now screenshot people in Latin and Central America getting mad at me the day after a country was invaded and their leader kidnapped and people killed and act like they are being hysterical because they are being sensitive to my American posts

the reason people sometimes act madder at democrats than republicans when republicans do impossibly evil shit is the same reason why, if you hired an exterminator to handle a roach infestation and he showed up to feed and play with them instead, your first instinct wouldn’t be to yell at the roaches

When American libs call Maduro a “brutal dictator” what they mean is he won’t hand his country’s resources over to US corporations.

Surely nobody is this stupid. *Yes*, we will say that: we will roar, screech, foam at the mouth and squeal, and if any notable says “Isn’t this a bit like the US kidnapping the leader of Venezuela” then our politicians and media outlets will unify to scream abuse at them, too. Yet again!

"I'm no fan of Maduro but..." why do people in the US feel a need to preface things this way in 20-fucking-26

I'm hardly original in saying this, but a lot of people are going to try to make this about whether Maduro being gone is good or bad as such, rather than the blatant violation of international and US law in a destabilizing act of aggression.

Don't fall for it.

The US attack on Venezuela is rampantly and shamelessly illegal.

Donald Trump has repeatedly made it clear that the US wants to steal Venezuela's resources.

This gangsterism, trashing anything left of the 'international order', will pave the way for global violent mayhem.

You have to go through Congress for anything resembling this type of war. Round up Massie and Paul types and have him removed. The people in this administration are on actual drugs and have insatiable bloodlust and bespoke mental illnesses. He has to go, and everybody with him.
