Something I notice about some of the narratives in teaching atm is how it's all become very breathless and insistent that young people are 'on' 100% of the time. Nobody actually learns like that imo and it also makes things incredibly energy intensive for teachers.

I would love this for my 26 year old son & 22 year old daughter. Both too young to vote in 2016. Both unable to follow dreams of working in Europe & time is running short to get this in place for them. 😔

A warning though: The Quincunx has family trees dotted throughout, don't look at them before you reach them in the story as they give away Important Information and will spoil your experience of a brilliant novel....
Also, just started a novel with a family tree at the beginning so I already know it’s gonna be great.
