Chiropractic is like the evil twin brother of libraries. Institutions that are grandfathered in to American culture from a completely different era. One is a nice place to chill and read a book for free, the other is a place where you pay some guy to sever your spinal cord.

“What I want to be clear about is that this isn’t a bug in these [abortion ban] laws, this is a feature ... Anti-abortion activists have fought hard to keep health exceptions outside of these laws.”

Last night our Tuesday crew completed their 260th consecutive distro for our homeless survival program.

We have distributed aid every Tuesday night in Downtown Boulder for the past 5 years, without missing a week, and without compromising our beliefs.

The dream of every Muslim is simply to be treated the same as any other New Yorker.

And yet, for too long, we have been told to ask for less than that, and endure hatred and bigotry in the shadows.

No more.

The move comes as Apple removed ICEBlock after direct pressure from U.S. Department of Justice officials and signals a broader crackdown on ICE-spotting apps.

In other words, the real story of 2025 so far is a drop in far-right terrorism, NOT the rise in far-left terrorism.

Proud Boys leader Enrique Tarrio explained it best: "We won. We’ve got what we wanted."

another way to say this: fascism isn't about rules people follow, it's about categories people are in

if you're in the right category nothing you do is bad
if you you're in the wrong category nothing you do is good

it's not about what you do, it's about who you are

My mission in life is to make mutual aid a common practice in the US. A prerequisite of that is a kind of communal subjectivity.

I'm the board chair of Pact which fiscally hosts 15+ mutual aid orgs. I built Papertree as a community bank account. And now I'm building online tools for community.

Mainstream pundits have instantly sanitized and ignored Charlie Kirk's core political project and its impacts. He has been remembered by the mainstream press as someone they merely disagreed with, a debate me-guy whose words and actions had zero consequences:

There has been a rush among centrists like Gavin Newsom and Ezra Klein to brush over the hateful life of Charlie Kirk and valorize the man.

Let me be clear, killing Charlie Kirk was wrong and abhorrent.

We must condemn murder without sanitizing a man who built his empire on hate.

My latest piece.
We Must Not Posthumously Sanitize Charlie Kirk's Hateful Life
Influential anti-LGBTQ+ activist Charlie Kirk was assassinated on Wednesday. While condemning violence is something most can get behind, sanitization of his hate has gone too far.
