Europe’s approach on handling Trumps peace plans for Ukraine is the triumph of hope over experience.

Iets beseffen betekent nog niet ernaar handelen. We kunnen onze regeringen de schuld geven - deels terecht - maar Europeanen zijn liever slaaf van de VS dan onderdaan van een federaal Europa.

Wish people would stop saying Trump has done a U-turn on Ukraine. He does this every few weeks. Putin then makes a violent point of ignoring him. Trump's alleged change of heart is just a prelude to his next humiliation by Putin.
