All I’m going to say is I just had lunch with an East Coast friend & she told me that she thought I had a very neutral accent but she just realized that her daughter had picked up my (or my daughter’s) accent on a single word. And I instinctively knew that the word was ‘bag’. 😅

Seeing that baby’s death in Kentucky, reminded me a coworker took work off to care for her grandbaby w/ whooping cough. It was the 3rd time she had done that for her grandkids. Then, knowing my kids got it but thinking maybe it was new when I worked there, I wondered when was the vaccine developed.
