👀 Apparently, Ross Douthat invited Seth Harp to debate him on Douthat's "Interesting Times" NYT podcast. Harp says that the episode was recorded, Douthat got crushed, and RD/NYT decided not to publish it.

There's exactly one normal man left on planet Earth.
Child at the podium: “A woo woo woo.”

Mamdani: That’s how I felt when we came up with this plan. Together, we will expand the idea of what is possible in our city—and what sounds and noises we can make at a press conference.

I have, for years, talked about how I spent the late aughts on 4chan, and I've been watching the worst people from there take over the world.

And.

He's.

He relaunched /pol/ after meeting with Epstein.

It's been fucking /pol/ this entire fucking time fucking fuck.

Labour vote is collapsing in Gorton and Denton.

Only Greens can take on Reform at this election.

We will be announcing our candidate tomorrow morning!

Yes everyone pays tribute to workers in social care & says they aren't paid enough, but we know exactly what politicians would say if they ever went on strike for better pay. They'd call them greedy & selfish & accuse them of causing suffering among the most vulnerable in society

I was on a Teams meeting with the local council , police social services etc, then my colleague who had messaged me saying she'd be late (I replied saying no worries i can manage if you aren't able to make it dont stress) joined the meeting, while she was driving.
I saw the Police slowly realise.

Labour say a Green win would be "existential."

Sounds like an invitation....

What's the outcome that terrifies Labour most in the Gorton by-election?

Reform winning?

Nope. It's the Greens they're most worried about.

They'd prefer Reform to win, rather than the Greens.

As we say all the time: Labour hates the left more than it hates actual fascists & cares about antisemitism insofar as it can be weaponised against the left even though this sets back the battle against rising antisemitism & further undermines Jewish safety

I was heckled by another MP while asking about inclusive relationship education in schools

Sickened but not really surprised that homophobia is alive and well on the bench behind me

'They're primary school kids' he says - as if no primary school kids have lesbian or gay parents!

Whats the plan for all the baby boomers who have had thier minds destroyed by Social Media.
My father in law and my own mum , seem to live in an alternative reality where Muslims are burning down entire villages. Whats the plan to deal with those people.
Welcome the positive signs coming from Government on this.

Young people should be protected from the clear harms social media pose. Industry has had long enough to get its house in order, and the Online Safety Act doesn’t go far enough.
Many Labour MPs back an Australian led ban on social media for under 16s.

The UK Government should give it full consideration.

The global order is literally being re-written at speed

Don't those in the US understand this damage of trust will take years to repair?

I, for one, cannot understand why men like Rupert Lowe are opposed to banning X, despite it assisting sex offenders, paying people to invite the foreign powers to invade the U.K, and allowing state-sponsored cyber warfare against our democracy.

It's a real mystery...🤔
