I think there are only like 3 law PhD programs here: Berkeley (jurisprudence and social policy), Yale, and University of Washington.

Doesn’t “subject to the jurisdiction thereof” under the 14th Amendment really just ultimately mean an individual liable to suit under common law?

Y’all, the opinion and order of the Hon. Sara Ellis in Chicago Headline Club v. Noem granting the preliminary injunction is worth a read in its entirety. It’s 233 pages long, because that’s how many pages it took her to fully detail the Defendants’ misconduct.
