Pro infection ugly laws.
They promote the spread of disease. They encourage cosplaying 2019 “normal” even though the threat of Covid hasn’t passed & we have measles spreading too.

I assure you, the experience of driving your car into Manhattan is not in any way an experience of “freedom.” Much closer, viscerally to the experience of confinement, and being caged.
